Warsaw – time of professionals

The aim of the project is to increase the level of employability of school graduates in the Nowodworm District. The activities planned for implementation in the project were planned based on a diagnosis of needs approved by the competent authority on 8.06.2016 (Management Resolution 221/2016). The project is integrated with a complex project under Measure 4.1. (competition no RPPM.04.01.00-IZ.00-22-001/16). The project is in line with the scope of the strategic project entitled “Creating a network of higher secondary vocational schools that takes into account the needs of subregional and regional labour market (according to the Regional Strategic Programme "Active Dreams" (UWP resolution 547/146/2016). The project is addressed to a group of 383 students.(130K253M) School Complex No.2 in Nowy Dwór Gd., in the following industries: tourism, sport and recreation 187 learner(125K62M), transport, logistics and automotive 117 pupils (117M),ICT and electronics 47 (5K42M), furniture 32 learner(32M) and to 12 teachers (6K6M)The activities of the project are aimed at women and men. Elements of the project: Creation of a project team, promotion of the project. Recruitment to the project with assignment to individual groups. Support in the project is dedicated to two groups: 1) pupils: carrying out activities aimed at the development of professional competences, i.e. specialised classes, vocational courses, workshops and study trips, e.g. to the Tricity, conducting edu.- professional advisory services, internships and internships with employers. During the internships with employers, the pupil will have his or her caregiver and purchase items of equipment as well as paid benefits and expenses: clothing, health and safety training. 2) teachers: training courses, e-learning training, studies under, internships and apprenticeships with employers, participation in networks of cooperation and self-education, cooperation with specialised centres. The project involves cooperation with employers. Currently, ZSnr2 cooperates with 175 workplaces (133 by industry and 42-professional).
