Professional competence by investing in the future of the Łęborskie county

The project is addressed to the group: —1336 (574K,762M) pupils and 31 (13K,18M) teachers of education 3 teams of vocational education schools (out of 4), for which the Łęborski District (PL) is the leading body. The project is aimed at adapting the offer of e.g. zaw. in pow.ęb. to the requirements of the economy and the labour market. The aim of the project is to increase the chances of school pupils to succeed on the labour market and increase the level of employability of school graduates., by improving the quality of education and offer of e.g. in the field of key industries with the largest development potential for the region (building, BPO/SSC, finance and business., light chemistry, ICT and electronics, transport, logistics and automotive). Objectives for: —Increasing the offer of education incl., -Increasing the level of skills and qualifications in pupils, -Adjusting the competences of teachers in accordance with the dynamically changing market and technology, -Increasing the interaction between schools and their environment, including participation, employers/businesses and universities in the form of Zaw. The measures envisaged for the project were planned on the basis of a diagnosis of needs approved by the Management Board of PL 17.06.2016r. on the basis of the resolution of the Polish Council of 17.06.2016. A key form of support is the practical form implemented by employers. Section: —development and development of CKZiU, – internship/practice pre-employment with employers, – classes for students focused on the development of competences, visits to employers, courses, laboratory courses in higher education institutions, -advice, -support of teachers: training, courses, postgraduate studies, teacher cooperation networks, internships, -purchase of teaching aid. The project is integrated with complex project. 4.1 (RPPM.04.01.00-IZ.00-22-001/16) and compliant with the strategist range. “Creating a network of higher secondary vocational schools which takes into account the needs of subregional and regional labour markets” – Resolution No295/129/16 of the Management Board of SWP, as amended by Resolution No547/146/16 (defined in RPS Active Pomerania).
