Integrated development of vocational education in the Wejherowski region through the expansion and retrofitting of public infrastructure of higher secondary vocational schools as part of a strategic project – Developing a network of higher secondary vocational schools taking into account the needs of the subregional and regional labour market

The subject of the Project is the integrated development of public vocational training in the Wejherowski County in the area of selected key industries through the expansion of 5 schools: ZSP No 2 in Wejherowo, ZSP No 3 in Wejherowo, ZSP No 4 in Wejherowo, ZSP No 2 in Rumi and PZSP in Wejherowo and equipment and retrofitting in expanded schools 36 vocational training workshops. The result of these actions shall be: improving the quality of vocational education in Powiat; strengthening the attractiveness of district vocational schools; adapting the offer of vocational training in the Wejherowski region to employers’ expectations and local, subregional and regional labour market conditions; improving the quality and standardisation of theoretical and practical vocational training teaching base, increasing the employability and opportunities of regional vocational school graduates to succeed on the labour market; and ultimately integrated development of public vocational training in the county.
