With us you will build your future – professional activation 30+ I

Project addressed to 65 people who are unemployed (excluding persons before completion). 30 years of age) belonging to all of the following groups: — persons aged 50 years and over, – women, – persons with a disability, – persons with unemployment, – persons with low-qualified persons. The project will be implemented in the area of 9 powiats woj.pom. Specific objectives: • Professional activation (understood in the project as a result of permanent employment, i.e. lasting at least 3 months, employment) at least 45 % of project participants, • increase the employability of project participants. Actions: • Diagnosis of project participants and preparation for all Individual Action Plans; • individual and group activities for all participants in the field of moving on the labour market, shaping competences relevant to finding employment, attitudes strengthening motivation; • Raising Quwalif. occupation.(min.39 Participation), skills. (17 Participation), Digital Competence (30 Participation) • Support in the form of traineeships for about 25 participants. An important effect is to change the attitudes of participation so that they learn to move themselves in the labour market. The sustainability of the achievements will be ensured through an individual approach and assistance that responds to specific problems of participation. Participants will also receive: school scholarships. at workshops, childcare/person. zal., reimbursement of travel expenses, cover for research and insurance on professional traineeship, support of the caregiver and employment intermediary. Each participant will receive an offer of support for individual and comprehensive professional and educational activation, including forms of assistance which will be identified as necessary in order to improve the situation on the labour market. In order to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the actions, the method developed within the project. innovative POKL 2007-2013-final product of the innovative project “EIPD-new quality of advice” will be used.
