Project addressed to a group of 140 unemployed people, from the districts of Gdańsk, Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia. Specific objectives of the project: — Sustainable professional activation of at least 45 % of project participants (i.e. not less than 63 people) – Increasing the professional and social qualifications of all project participants – Increasing employability on the labour market by all participants in the Action project: — Recruitment of project participants – Diagnosis of project participants – Preparing and conducting trainings raising motivation and social competences of project participants (so-called soft activation) – Preparation and conducting trainings raising the professional qualifications of project participants (so-called hard activation) – Organisation of professional internships and employment of project participants. The most important effect the project is expected to give to its participants is permanent professional activation, i.e. taking up and maintaining their work for at least 3 months. Participation in the project will be free of charge for all beneficiaries.
