The project is addressed to a group of 90 people who are unemployed (excluding persons before the end of 30) belonging to all of the following groups: —persons aged 50 and over, -women, -persons with disabilities (at least 10 % of participants), -long-term unemployed persons, -low-skilled persons. Support will be addressed to those who, without participating in the project, have the least chance of solving the problems they face, in particular people with disabilities and those living in areas with high unemployment rates. The aim is to improve the quality of activation measures (increasing employment of people who are unemployed) by implementing comprehensive solutions for the activation of unemployed persons, aimed exclusively at the most vulnerable people on the labour market and created individually for each participant of support based on individual diagnosis. Specific objectives: —Professional activation of a total of 90 people who are unemployed. —According to at least 3 months of employment of at least 45 % of project participants who are unemployed through professional activation. —Acquiring at least 35 % of participants in the project of professional qualifications according to Annex 13. Actions: —Professional counselling, employment intermediation, -Workshops in the field of active job search techniques and key competence acquisition, -Training courses and training leading to raising, supplementing or changing professional qualifications, -Internships for acquiring or supplementing professional experience and the development of practical skills in the field of pursuit of a given profession, -Accompanying support. These actions will increase employment in all ages, increase the level of social participation and increase the skills of residents to make better use of the potential of life extensions.
