The project is addressed to 119 employees of the Special Educational and Educational Centre No. 2 for the Deaf and the Weaker Hearing in Wejherowo (hereinafter SOSW Wejherowo), 22 employees of the Voivodeship Police School Complex in Sztum (WZSP Sztum), 40 employees of the Voivodeship Police Schools Team No. 2 in Gdańsk (WZSP Gdańsk), 30 employees of the Centre’s Centre The local government of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The aim of the project is 1)to strengthen the health potential of school workers and institutions 2) to reduce risk factors for civilizational and occupational diseases in the workplace. Actions within the framework of the project: 1) measures to eliminate the occupational burn of workers (psychological diagnosis, stress counselling workshops, stress-reducing motor activities, integration workshops) 2) actions reducing the risk of occupational and civilisation diseases (prophylactic research, rehabilitation treatments, physiotherapy) 3) retrofitting and modernising workplaces in order to secure ergonomics of workplaces. The programme will result in the maintenance and prolongation of professional activity among 211 employees of schools and SWP institutions and the participation of at least 100 employees in preventive research. Problems and activities in the project are defined on the basis of “preliminary needs analysis” (approved by Wejherowo, Gdańsk, Sztum – X.2017, Słupsk -XI.2017). The support will be tailored to the individual needs of the participants based on an in-depth analysis and competence profile of the participant. The project is implemented in accordance with Zał. No. 3. ‘Standards for the implementation of Action 5.4 support’. Actions within the project complement, but do not replace mandatory occupational health activities, which the employer is obliged to carry out under labour law regulations. More information about the in-depth analysis and the competence profile of the participant is included in the budget due to lack of space.
