The aim of the project is to create 120 new permanent micro-enterprises in areas with weak economic activity from the Malbork, Kwidzynski, Novodworsk and Schumski districts in the period of 29 m. The project is implemented in partnership with 3 institutions in the area of the above-mentioned districts to provide support as closely suited to the needs of the participants and the specificities of the area from which they come. The following actions are planned under the project: 1. Acceptance of project applications (5 round) 2. Formal selection of candidates 3. Substantive selection for the project 3. Interview with a professional counselor. 4. Diagnosis of Training Needs 5. Selection of 140 participants for the project 6. “ABC Entrepreneurship” training – 2 in each round 7. Group consulting – 2 groups in each round 8. Individual consulting – 10h per participant 9. Submission of applications for bridging and grant support. 10. Evaluation of applications for bridging and grant support. 11. Award of 120 grants 12. Awarding 120 financial bridge support and 120 support in the form of coaching, mentoring and business consulting.
