The main objective of the project is to increase the employment of people and families at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including those with disabilities, by implementing a comprehensive socio-occupational activation programme. The programme will cover 230 people, 132 women and 98 men living in Wejherowski county, of which at least 35 (20 women and 15 men) persons with disabilities. The project’s tasks are: implementation of individual support path for each participant of the project, support for motivation for change, psychosocial and professional reintegration, psychological and therapeutic assistance for addicts, social activation, professional activation, improvement of competences and qualifications, development of digital and entrepreneurial competences, assistantship and support for people with disabilities. The project’s objective and tasks will be pursued through: motivational workshops, thematic and animation meetings, vocational guidance (type of diagnosis and IPD), psychological and pedagogical, coaching, training, therapy, training, vocational courses, workshops, job mediation, specialist counseling, internships and apprenticeships, courses and trainings of life resourcefulness. The results of the project are: employment efficiency indicators – 30 %, socio-employment – 80 %; number of persons: employees – 90 who have received qualifications – 100 job seekers -12. The project will be implemented in partnership of local government units with non-governmental organisations, which will contribute to achieving all the results of the project, in cooperation with employers and entrepreneurs, as well as using animation and volunteering.
