The project is an element of the Integrated Revitalisation Project (ZPR) indicated in resolution No.XLIV/327/17 of the Kościerzyna City Council of 22.02.2017r. “Community Regeneration Programme for the City of Kościerzyna 2017-2025” (GPR). The project assumes the appointment to the revue. Os.1000-years-Kartuska Centre for Social Integration (CIS) implementing the complex. social activation progr.-professional. utilising active integration services with the charactt. social, profession, education to restore or intensify the competence of the society-professional, resourcefulness, independence, activity of the target group. Target group: 45 people at risk of poverty or exclusion from the revolt. (20persons-1st, 25persons-2nd year of CIS activity), of which 5 persons under-supply. Specific objectives: obtaining a qualification, status of a job seeker by at least 40 %, i.e. 18person gaining employment by min.20 % i.e. 9 o'clock.. The project will include: —reintegration. social. (recruitment of participants with their diagnosis, psychological-sociotherapeutic workshops, general education/elementary education, individual advice from specialists, support group with addiction therapy), -reintegration. (advice, guidance and intermediation of the profession; health and safety training, comp., ABC of entrepreneurship; retraining of professions./acquisition of new qualifications: courses, trainings, workshops, traineeships). Basic CIS profile is a gardening and order workshop. The accompanying profile is a caring workshop for the elderly/sufficiency, as well as babysitters and home help. Workshops/courses/training will be selected for participants according to the reintegration path under the Individual Social Employment Programmes (IPS). The accompanying support necessary for activation of the target group is the environmental forms of social activation for children and young people – the target group environment. Durability create. in a project. The CIS, its objectives and effects will be preserved for at least 2 years after its completion. The main effect will be increased employment of people affected and at risk of poverty and social exclusion.
