Mobile and active human capital in the counties of Malbork and Schumskie – socio-occupational activation

The aim of the partnership project 10 JSTs from the areas of Malbork-Sztum and Malbork County, belonging to the IMF Malbork-Sztum, is aimed at increasing employment of people affected and at risk of poverty and social exclusion. The project will support 465 people (348K,117M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion and their families, including 165 people (97 K and 68 M) with disabilities. Each person participating in the project will be provided with individualised support, resulting from the initial phase of participation in the project’s reintegration path (AC) and implemented on the basis of a social contract. Due to the diversity of characteristics and statuses of participants, the partners will implement support for the participants within appropriately selected support paths: the unemployed from the third profile, OPS clients at risk of poverty and social exclusion (persons not registered in the PUP), disabled people, new participants in the NIS. Each person will have the opportunity to benefit from the elements of active social inclusion, but which individuals will benefit from active educational, professional or professional integration will result from an individual WD. As a result of the project, 140 people (104K,36M) will find employment within 3 months after the completion of the project, 120 UU (85K, 35M) will actively seek work and 64 people (48K, 16M) will increase their qualifications. The project is compatible with Community and national law, including the PHP Act, the Employment Promotion Act. In addition, its assumptions by increasing the quality of human capital are in line with the Malbork Economic Change Management Strategy for the years 2012-2019 and the Malbork Development Strategy for 2014-2020. By targeting EU support towards areas with high unemployment rates of 20.1 % (GUS 30.06.15r) at risk of exclusion and poverty, the project contributes to sustainable development policy.
