The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of people affected and at risk of poverty and social exclusion by implementing comprehensive socio-occupational activation programmes. The activities will be addressed to individuals, families, environments and local communities, based on a reintegration path created individually for each participant of the support, using environmental animation, bottom-up approach and social economy. An important element will be the implementation of the project based on partnership cooperation with the Regional Labour Office (joint implementation of the Activation and Integration Programme), non-governmental organisations (instruments for social and professional activation) and employers (cooperation in the field of traineeships). Support will be embedded primarily on social work provided by social workers of the MOPR and equipping them with additional tools (social activation, health, education and professional instruments) allowing support to be directed to people, including people with disabilities, who have the least chance of solving the problems they face without participating in the project.
