The project is addressed to a group of 152 people at risk of social exclusion, including people with disabilities, clients of institutions of social integration of the district of Łęborskie – 100 % inactive – unregistered in the PUP. The aim is to improve the quality of activities aimed at the activation of professional and social clients of social inclusion institutions by implementing comprehensive socio-occupational activation programmes aimed at people, families, environments and local communities, based on a path of reintegration created individually for each participant of the support, and through access to professional rehabilitation services, within the framework of the JTZ in partnership with labour market institutions, employers and non-governmental organisations. Specific objectives: • Vocational activation of at least 30 % of project participants at risk of social exclusion, by achieving at least 3 m of employment. • Improving access to vocational and social reintegration services provided by CIS, KIS • Improving access to vocational and social rehabilitation services carried out within the framework of the JTZ for 10 people • Social and occupational activation of a total of 152 people and families at risk of poverty and social exclusion Measures: • Psychological advice • Legal and civic advice for individual and group participants, including, among others, rights of persons with disabilities • Educational and social activities for project participants • Rehabilitation activities • Activities aimed at the development of educational interests and aspirations • Integration of participants and environment • Support accompanying • Vocational training and training courses for participants • Activities related to professional internships and employment of project participants • Activity related to NIS-related activities (creating new places).
