This project aims at increasing employment of 42 K and 21 M at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including 14 people (5K and 9M) with non-working disabilities, are of low and outdated working age, who do not have a foreign language skills, who benefit from the Operational Programme Food Aid 2014-2020 living in the city of Chojnice.21 The project assumes the conclusion of 63 social contracts (42K and 21M): 21 contracts in 2016, 21 in 2017 and 21 in 2018. Contracts will be based on a reintegration path created individually for each participant/ca. Specific objectives of the project: — acquisition/increase of professional qualifications and skills enabling 63 persons (42K and 21 M) to enter the labour market in the period 1.01.2016-31.10.2018. — acquiring/increasing social skills facilitating the entry into the labour market of 63 persons (42K and 21M) in the period 1.01.2016-31.10.2018 – gaining professional experience enabling 63 people (42K and 21M) to enter the labour market during the period 1.01.2016 to 31.10.2018r. Actions: — social work – workshops and trainings, including a language course (English/German) due to the location of the city of Chojnice on the transit route Berlin – Königsberg – job intermediation – professional internships – activities supporting activities in the project will be based on the abovementioned services. Equal opportunities policy will prevail in all aspects of the action taken. The most important effect the project is to give its participants/participants is to take up and maintain their work for at least 3 months.
