The aim of the project is to increase social and professional participation of 160 people. (kim)- (5 editions of 32 people per 6 m) at risk of social exclusion from the area of Gdańsk and Gdańsk in the period from 01.11.2015 to 31.10.2018 through the implementation of the Individual Social Employment Programme (IPZS) within the functioning Centre for Social Integration in Gdańsk. Specific objectives of the project: —Increasing professional qualifications and social competences among at least 80 % of participants and participants of the project – Vocational activity of at least 30 % of CIS Gdańsk graduates, where professional activation is understood in the project as a result of permanent employment, i.e. lasting at least 3 months, the employment of persons who have not yet been employed. —recruitment of participants and participants of the project – Signing IPZS for a trial, within which a comprehensive diagnosis of social competences and professional predispositions will be carried out by means of integrative – socio-social – social and social activities and individual and group meetings with specialists – Qualification of participants and participants for further classes, together with conducting medical examinations in Occupational Medicine and appropriate trainings of OSH and p. The project involves comprehensive and individualised support tailored to the pace of the participant’s work with a strong presence on the labour market. — Promotion of CIS Gdańsk activities and services on the regional and nationwide market, among others through the participation of the CIS Director in meetings of the Pomeranian CIS Forum and the National Convention CIS/KIS; displaying CIS products at fairs etc.
