Actions: — Recruitment of CIS participants in Sopot with a detailed diagnosis completed by IPZS (BSH and medical examinations) – Social reintegration, including classes in the field of integration and socialisation, general education, counseling of therapists. and legal counselling, individual and group counseling – Reintegration of the profession with elements of work training through participation in the professions of external employers on the open labour market, consulting individual and group training. The project assumes comprehensive (including the following spheres of life – social-residential, health, psycho, social, professional) and individualised (resulting from detailed and in-depth diagnosis) support tailored to the pace and capabilities of the excluded community. An important element of this support is cooperation with employers allowing the presence of people furthest from the open labour market in external, free-market companies.
