The aim of the project is to increase the employment of 60 people with a ruling on disability from the area of Kwidzynski and Malborskie in particular: (a) having multiple social exclusion, (b)with a significant or moderate degree of disability, (c)with coupled disabilities, (d) with intellectual disabilities and e)persons with mental disorders through the creation of: 1. Individual path of professional reintegration. 2. Psychological counseling and therapeutic workshops. 3. It’s a career counseling. 4. The qualifying courses. 5. Volunteering and internships. 6. Medical rehabilitation. 7. Guidance for the surroundings of the participants.
