The project is aimed at 120 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the Pomeranian Voivodeship, in particular from powiats: Malborski, Stummy, Kwidzynski. The project shall be attended by persons in particular: a) multiple social exclusion, b) with a significant or moderate degree of disability, (c) with coupled disabilities, d) with intellectual disabilities, e) persons with mental disorders The main objective of the project is to increase employment of the above-mentioned persons by: — creation of an individual path of reintegration – legal, professional and social support – rehabilitation – internships – retrofitting of workplaces – intervention work – vocational training/postgraduate studies.
