This project is aimed at increasing the employment of 120 people (78 K and 42 M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including at least 60 people (39K and 21M) with non-working disabilities in the working age, with low and outdated professional qualifications, benefiting from the Food Aid Operational Programme 2014-2020 living in the city of Chojnice. The project assumes the conclusion of 120 social contracts (78K and 42M): 30 contracts in 2017, 30 in 2018, 30 in 2020 and 30 in 2021. Contracts will be based on a reintegration path created individually for each participant/ca. Specific objectives of the project: — acquisition/increase of professional qualifications and skills enabling 120 persons (78K and 42 M) to enter the labour market in the period 1.01.2017-31.10.2022. — acquiring/increasing social skills facilitating the entry into the labour market of 120 persons (78K and 42M) in the period 1.01.2017-31.10.2022 – gaining professional experience enabling 120 people (78K and 42M) to enter the labour market during the period 1.01.2017 to 31.10.2022r. Actions: — social work – psychological/psychotherapeutic advice – professional advice – workshops and trainings, including – professional internships – educational broker – social animator – supporting activities. The complexity of activities in the project will be based on the abovementioned services. Equal opportunities policy will prevail in all aspects of the action taken. The most important effect the project is to give its participants/participants is to take up and maintain their work for at least 3 months.
