The main objective of the project is to increase the number of permanent places to provide social services and to facilitate access to high-quality social services by implementing a comprehensive programme of their development in the Wejher district. The programme will cover 68 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, 37 women and 31 men, including at least 10(6 women and 4 men)people with disabilities. development of initiatives in the field of development of deinstitutionalised, personalised forms of support, development of modern community services, raising the level of socio-occupational activity, integration and support of families, organisation of intergenerational activities, psychological and therapeutic assistance for dependants, development of community support places, independence and improvement of caring capacity of families. The objectives of the project will be implemented through: motivational workshops, assistantship of independent persons, therapeutic workshops, psychological counseling, cultural and recreational activities, thematic workshops, trainings, vocational courses, therapy, telecare, meetings in social therapists, workshops of parental skills, classes in daytime support, specialists’ duty, care activities, individual psych support, professional and legal support, additional activities for children and young people. The results of the project are: at least 28 supported permanent places of public service, 68 persons covered by community services, 15 job-seekers, participating in education or training, gaining qualifications, working persons and a socio-employment efficiency ratio of 80 %. The project will be implemented in a partnership of local government units with non-governmental organisations, which will contribute to achieving all the results of the project. The project will result in an increase in the number of permanent, accessible and positively perceived places to provide community services resulting from local needs.
