This investment concerns the construction of an integrated system, among others: passenger information management, monitoring, access control, control of equipment operation, firefighting system, intrusion and robbery signalling, fire extinguishing devices together with the creation of a platform synchronising the operation of systems on line 250.In addition, the scope includes the construction of the Monitoring Centre, modernisation of the building of the Suburban Railway Station at Gdynia Główna station (including SKM platform) and modernisation of 8 railway stations at SKM station. Rumia Janowo, Gdynia Chylonia, Gdynia Leszczynki, Gdynia Grabówek, Gdynia Shipyard, Gdynia Redłowo, Gdynia Orłowo and Gdańsk Shipyard. The construction and integration of systems will allow, among others, better control over passenger safety, the operation of the infrastructure equipment of line 250 and provide accurate and up-to-date information to SKM passengers. The modernisation of platforms will consist of adapting infrastructure for the disabled and improving the comfort of travelling by collective transport.
