The subject of the project will be activities consisting of the implementation of thermal modernisation works with the implementation of all modernisation activities aimed at reducing the costs of heat energy. District buildings will undergo a comprehensive energy modernisation, which will include: insulation of external walls, replacement and warming of roof panels, construction of window and door joinery, replacement/modernisation of nodes and central heating installations, acoustic insulation of ceiling and wall ventilators with rock wool and wall insulation, as well as modernisation of mechanical ventilation. The thermal modernisation activities will cover 3 district buildings, which have energy audits, i.e.: PINB in W-wa (now the kindergarten building);PZKS in W-wa – the building of the vocational school “A” and the District Psychological-Pedagogical Clinical Team in W-wa. The annual reduction in energy demand in 3 buildings will average 46 %. Total net area of buildings is 4397 m²
