The subject of the project will be activities consisting of the implementation of thermal modernisation works with the implementation of all modernisation activities aimed at reducing the costs of heat energy. Buildings (towns and cities) will undergo a comprehensive energy modernisation, which will include: Replacement of the central heating system and mechanical ventilation, warming of the call walls, addition of underground insulation with moisture insulation, warming of ceilings. Thermal modernisation of building partitions – interior walls, floors, replacement of window and door carpentry, modernisation of the central heating system. Design activities will include buildings that have energy audits: Wejherowski County Building – part used for kindergarten and offices, ul. Victims of Piaśnica 22 in Wejherowo and public utility building – sports facility with indoor swimming pool at the School Complex no. 3, ul. Nanicka 22 in Wejherowo.The total area of buildings is 4544 m².
