Comprehensive energy modernisation of public utility buildings in Sopot aims to improve energy efficiency in 25 urban educational and educational and care institutions. As a result of the project, CO2 emissions to the environment will be reduced, which is particularly important for the city with health resort status. It is planned to carry out a deep thermal modernisation, modernisation of internal lighting, RES installation and implementation of the energy management system, which will significantly reduce the consumption of heat and electricity and improve the condition of buildings under conservation protection. The planned scope of construction works results from the performed energy audits and energy efficiency of electricity. The project is complementary to the urban low-carbon economy and the city’s energy policy.
