The aim of the project is to significantly improve energy efficiency in the Municipal Functional Area of Kościerzyna (City and Municipality of Kościerzyna), long-term covered by the Air Protection Programme. The subject of the project is to carry out a deep energy modernisation and thermal modernisation of 17 public utility facilities, including two sets of buildings in the area of MOF Kościerzyna. The scope of work includes, among others, insulation of external walls and roofs, replacement of window and door carpentry, modernisation of central heating systems, installation of solar and photovoltaic installations, heat pumps and introduction of monitoring and individual heat consumption measurement. As a result, the MOF will significantly improve air quality and reduce annual heat and electricity consumption in public buildings by 832832.13 kWh/year and reduce air pollutant emissions by 772.49 CO2/year.
