The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of public utility facilities located in the Municipal Functional Area of Malbork – Sztum. The project envisages deep energy modernisation (thermal modernisation) of 39 public buildings. The project involves the use of renewable energy sources and the exchange of lighting for energy efficient. 4 buildings will be implemented in “design and build” mode. The scope of work will result from previous audits of energy, electrical, electricity and PV analyses. The project will also include information and education activities raising citizens’ awareness of savings, respect for energy and RES as well as promotional activities. The project complies with the scope agreed under the Integrated Territorial Agreement for the IMOF Malbork – Sztum dated 28.01.2016.
