The aim of the project is to provide effective support for the implementation of ROP WP 2014-2020 by the Management Board of the HR (IZ RPO WP 2014-2020). This goal will be achieved by org cells. UMWP through: 1.provide the necessary human resources and conditions guaranteeing the smooth functioning of the institutions involved in the implementation of the HR ROP, 2. 3. increase the competence of beneficiaries in applying for funds for RPO of the WP. The above annex will be implemented through the financing of wages and activities related to the improvement of qualifications and professional skills of employees implementing PPO, i.e. postgraduate studies, trainings, workshops, conferences, study visits and other forms of apprenticeships. The expenses of adm., org. and techn. will also be financed, ensuring an adequate standard of working environment, i.e. adequate office space and necessary equipment and equipment, costs of carrying out checks. Strengthening the competences of employees, creating opportunities for them to develop their professions through upgrading professional qualifications will translate into improved programming and implementation, as well as more effective management of the Programme. Support will also be given to the construction, extension and maintenance of the SI providing efficient service of the implementation process of the WP RPO. The project will also finance projects with evaluation studies, including analysis and expertise on the implementation and management of the ROP of the HR. Strengthening the competences of beneficiaries will take place through the organisation of dedicated specialised trainings, consultations and information meetings.
