The aim of the project is to provide effective support in the implementation of the Regional Pomeranian Voivodship Programme for the years 2014-2020 by the Management Board of the Pomeranian Voivodeship (Managing Authority of the ROP WP 2014-2020). The above objective will be implemented by the organizational units of the Office of the Marshal’s Pomeranian Voivodeship through: 1. providing the necessary human resources and conditions guaranteeing the smooth functioning of institutions involved in the implementation of the HR ROP, 2. ensuring an efficient and efficient management system of the ROP of the HR, 3. increasing the competence of beneficiaries in applying for funds of the HR ROP. The above assumptions will be implemented through the financing of wages and activities related to the improvement of qualifications and professional skills of employees implementing PPO, i.e. postgraduate studies, trainings, workshops, conferences, study visits and other forms of apprenticeships. Administrative, organisational and technical expenditure will also be financed to ensure an adequate standard of the working environment, i.e. adequate office space and necessary equipment and equipment, costs associated with carrying out checks. Strengthening the competences of employees, providing them with professional development opportunities through improving professional qualifications will lead to improved programming and implementation, as well as more effective management of the Programme. The support will also include the construction, extension and maintenance of an IT system that ensures efficient service of the implementation of the RPO of the WP. The project will also finance projects related to carrying out evaluation studies, including analysis and expertise on the implementation and management of the ROP of the HR.Strengthening the competence of the beneficiaries will take place through the organisation of dedicated specialised trainings, consultations and information meetings. The project also planned to finance the costs of the Intermediate Authority in the field of ROP ROPs financed by the ERDF.
