The proposed project will implement 8 e-services at 3 and 5 levels of maturity, to be provided by the Municipality of Żory. The launch of e-services will be combined with the implementation and modernisation of information systems in the City Office, modernisation of hardware infrastructure and the implementation of trainings raising the qualifications of employees of the Office. The confirmation point of trusted ePUAP profiles will also be launched on the premises of the City Hall. The project involves the integration of IT systems and the use of platforms to provide public e-services on the national platform (ePUAP).
