The aim of the e-Będzin-development of digital public services is to improve the quality and efficiency of public services provided and to improve administrative processes related to the provision of public services through the implementation of an integrated digital public service system providing 24/7 access to services at 1, 3 and 5 levels of maturity. The project includes equipment of UM in Będzin with computer hardware, software, devices, as well as appropriate IT infrastructure. As part of the project, 28 e-services will be implemented, which will allow interested parties to deal with matters electronically and will make it much easier to access services for people with disabilities. Solutions will be intuitive and user-oriented (UX). The benefits of implementing the project include, among others, reducing the costs of providing public services, shortening the time of service of interested parties, better conditions for starting up business operations and potential investors.
