This project includes the installation of solar installations in the Silesian Piekara and includes: — 11 photovoltaic installations in educational establishments in the city, – 69 photovoltaic installations in single-family buildings, – 31 solar collectors installations in single-family buildings. The key objective is to increase the level of renewable energy production and reduce low emissions in Piekar Śląskie. Low emissions are currently one of the most important environmental problems in the area of Piekar and the entire Upper Silesian agglomeration. At the same time, rising energy prices are an increasing problem for many families. This project aims to address both key issues, while pursuing specific objectives of reducing the demand for heat in 100 residential buildings and 11 public buildings, increasing the share of RES in the overall energy balance and promoting prosumer attitudes.
