Thermal modernisation of the village in Tychy – buildings no.: 223, 225, 227, 229, 231

The subject of the project is the modernisation of 5 residential buildings in the Osada district – a working estate near the former paper and cellulose factory in the Tysk District of Czułów. In buildings on the street. Katowice 223, 225, 227, 229 and 231 have a total of 47 social housing and 1 community centre. The scope of the project is similar in all buildings and includes: — thermomodernisation of external walls and ceilings, – replacement of window and door carpentry, – internal gas installation including installation of gas condensation boilers, dual function heating boilers, – replacement of central and central heating systems, – replacement of electrical installations and lighting of common parts, – repair works. The implementation of the project will allow, among others, to improve the energy efficiency of the buildings concerned by 66.80 % and to reduce CO2 by 82.02 % (287.66 t/year) and PM10 dust by 99.96 % (1.19685 t/year). The project covers 2 types of projects authorised under Action 4.3. IT’S THE RPO.
