The subject of the project is a comprehensive thermal modernisation of 19 public utility facilities in Rybnik (pre-schools, schools and the MOSIR facility). As part of the investment in 11 facilities, modernisation of the heat source with installations is planned. In addition, the walls, roofs and ceilings of buildings will be warmed, and windows and doors will be replaced. The primary objective of the project is to reduce emissions of substances affecting air quality in the city by reducing the amount of heat used for the operation of the supported public buildings. The real implementation of the investment was planned in the years 2015-2018.
