The subject of the project is a comprehensive thermal modernisation of 11 public utility facilities in Rybnik (pre-schools and schools). As part of the investment in 5 facilities, modernisation of the heat source with accompanying robots is planned. In addition, the walls and roofs of buildings will be warmed up in all buildings, and windows and doors will be replaced. The installation of mechanical ventilation systems is also planned in part of the facilities. The primary objective of the project is to reduce emissions of substances affecting air quality in the city by reducing the amount of heat used for the operation of the supported public buildings. The real implementation of the investment was planned in the years 2017-2018.
