The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over 30 years of age who are unemployed, registered with the PUP in Rybnik as unemployed in accordance with the Act of Date. 20.04.2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions belonging to at least one of the following groups: persons aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed persons, low-skilled people and other groups set out in the “Guidelines for the implementation of ESF measures in the labour market area 2014-2020”. As part of the project for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will precede the analysis of skills, predispositions and problems, including a given participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement the services provided and the labour market instruments referred to in the section on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions.
