New career horizons – NHZ – an out-placement project for workers and former employees who have been made redundant for the reasons of the workplace. Primary objective: Increase the employability of 25 women and 22 men of the central sub-region who have lost their jobs in the restructured enterprises with which 24 will undertake new work as a result of outplacement support, in the period 01.07.2018-30.06.2020. Target group: persons who have lost their work due to reasons lying on the employer’s side or are in the period of notice for the reasons of the workplace, with MS'P or one. org. sp. volatile with the S'laskie voivodeship or their cooperation with S'laskie. Main actions: Professional guidance (individual – IPD and group), psychological counseling, vocational and ICT training, internship, grants for economic activity.
