Increase the level of socio-occupational reintegration, including employment in the open labour market and social economy entities, 50 people (30K/20M), in the period 05.2019-04.2021, as part of an active integration programme dedicated to inhabitants of the Silesian Voivodeship, with particular emphasis on communes and districts of the central subregion. The supported group comprises 50 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion, especially those with disabilities (min. 50 %). These people come from the Silesian Voivodeship, mainly the central subregion. Priority will be given to: — persons or families at risk of poverty or social exclusion experiencing multiple social exclusion understood as exclusion because of more than one of the conditions indicated in point 26 of the Vocabulary of terms – persons with a significant or moderate degree of disability; — persons with coupled disabilities and persons with mental disorders, including persons with intellectual disabilities.
