The project “Active Together – Active Inclusion Programme through the vocational and social activation of people at risk of social exclusion in Żory City” includes comprehensive actions leading to increased employability and socio-occupational integration of people and groups experiencing social exclusion. The project is addressed to people with disabilities, foster parents and their pupils, the unemployed, the homeless and the addicted living in the City of Żory. The project is intended to cover 40 people (women and men) regardless of age. As a result of the project, there will be an increase in socio-employment efficiency in at least 30 people of employment of at least 4 people. The project will be implemented in partnership with the Polish Association for Persons with Mind Impairment Koło w Żory and the implementation of tasks in the field of professional activation by a specialised unit selected in accordance with the PZP Act. ..
