The aim of the project is to include 285 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion in active participation in social and professional life through personalised support. The project’s tasks will be aimed at enhancing social competences, leading to an increase in the capacity to take up or maintain a job, reinforced by environmental actions. The target group consists of persons living in the resin district, regardless of age, including: benefiting from social assistance and social security benefits, who remain unemployed, unemployed, persons with disabilities, pupils of foster care, and especially persons experiencing multiple social exclusion. The project assumes that 45 %, i.e. 129 people will achieve an increase in socio-employment efficiency, including 10 %, i.e. 29 people will get employment. The place of implementation of the project consists of the resin district, in particular the area of municipalities entering into the partnership. The project will be implemented from 1.7.2015 to 31.12.2017.
