Project addressed to 582 inhabitants/units of Bytom affected or at risk of social exclusion, benefiting from the assistance of MOPR. The main objective of the By-PAS project is to increase the level of social inclusion and employability through participation in integration and activation activities. The project will be implemented through the implementation of: social work, active integration, environmental activities, renovation of dwellings, adaptation of the premises to the needs of the project and payment of benefits for participants. It will contribute to the achievement of indicators: the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who have obtained qualifications after leaving the programme, the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion seeking work after leaving the programme, the number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who work after leaving the programme. The project will be implemented in the period 01.11.2015-31.12.2017 in Bytom and will cover the whole area of the city.
