The aim of the project is to include 113 people at risk of poverty and social exclusion in active participation in socio-occupational life through individualised support to respond to identified needs and deficits, preceded by diagnosis. Comprehensive actions will be aimed at restoring employability or other forms of social activity, developing or strengthening life and social independence, and preventing poverty, marginalisation and social exclusion. The target group will be created by persons living in the resin district, regardless of age, including: benefiting from social assistance and social security services, persons with disabilities and pupils of foster care. The project’s tasks will be carried out in the field of active social, educational, health and professional integration. The project will be carried out from 01.01.2018 to 31.12.2019 in the area of the Jesuit district.
