The aim of the project is to prevent marginalisation and social exclusion and to counteract the institutionalisation of 88 people (62 K and 26 M) from degraded environments in the period from 01.07.2019 to 31.06.2021. The target group is the residents of settlements included in the I and II PROM Zones in B-B in particular dependent persons, elderly people, disabled people and children and young people with educationally incapacitated families, and people benefiting from the support of sheltered housing. The project’s assumptions will be implemented by: care services for dependants in the place of residence, provide them with contacts with their surroundings and animate their leisure time and develop personal interests (Services for Seniors); creation and operation of the Services Zone for Children and Youth which will provide children with care and upbringing in the afternoon and support for users of housing protected short-term stay under the Social Assistance Act.
