The main objective of the project is to open up children and young people at risk of exclusion to various aspects of educational activity by providing them with high-quality public services. These services will be offered within 2 newly launched day support facilities and two existing ones, which will extend their offer and make new places available thanks to the project. These institutions will be established at Primary Schools No. 3, 5, 6 and at KH ZHP Bytom. The target group consists of children and adolescents aged 7-13 years, with a total of 90 people selected by teachers and school psychologists in close cooperation with the MOPR. The tasks in the project will be implemented on the basis of a special programme, which will result in working with children and their parents in order to equalise their educational and social opportunities and to counter the process of social exclusion. The place of implementation of the project is the city of Bytom and the time of its implementation is November 2018 to October 2021.
