The aim of the project is to ensure better access to housing services for those excluded or at risk of social exclusion. The project consists of adapting the buildings located in Bielsko-Biała for the purpose of establishing in 10 locations – 31 social housing and 1 protected dwellings. The actual implementation of the project will consist of carrying out renovations and adaptation of the facilities in order to adapt them to the needs of housing in the scope of: — adaptation of buildings to the requirements of applicable technical and construction regulations, – improvement of technical condition of degraded construction substance, – equipment of facilities with necessary technical installations and equipment, – changes in the layout of rooms and their functions by separating additional dwellings.
