The subject of the project is the creation of 2 Social Services Centres in Śródmieście and Rozbark at ul. Bakery 39 and Piłsudskiego 21, 31 social premises and 5 assisted in buildings at ul. Piłsudskiego 21, ul. Siemianowicka 29, Witczaka 7 outicyna, Żeromskiego 3 outicyna, Kochanowski 15 and 36 single social premises in other buildings, in order to prevent spatial segregation of residents, together with the renovation of parts of common buildings, thermo-modernisation and development of the environment, in conjunction with the process of socio-occupational activation, aimed at the economic independence of people at risk of social exclusion, including projects related to the ESF. The project will be implemented in the system design and build. The total value of the project is PLN 16,082,815.80 gross, and the period of actual implementation of the investment is IV quarter. 2018 – IV quarter 2020.
