The subject of the project is the management of urban spaces and construction works in common parts of existing multi-family residential buildings, i.e.: — areas (yards) at ul. Siemianowicka 16-18, Katowice 11-13, 34, 60, Piekarski 27, 43, 45, Piłsudskiego 15, Żeromskiego 32, 34, 36, 38, – areas (yards) together with residential buildings at ul. Piłsudskiego 34-36, 38-40, 42, 44, 50, April 23, with necessary demolition, their equipment with infrastructure accompanying housing construction, renovation of buildings, connection to the gas network. The implementation of the project will provide adequate housing infrastructure and space for the inhabitants of the revitalisation area, covered by active social, professional and social services, including ESF projects. Project implemented in the system design and build. The total value of the project is PLN 20.056 million gross and the period of item IV.2018 – II.2021.
