The objective of ensuring access to new preschool places in the Public Preschool in Wielowsi and ensuring high quality pre-primary education by equalising educational opportunities for children with special educational needs and upgrading teachers’ qualifications. Target: 70 children Tasks: creation of new places and refurbishment of kindergarten, upgrading of qualifications by teachers, execution of additional activities for children attending kindergarten. Indicators: 6 new places in kindergarten, 70 children will take additional classes, 5 teachers will increase their professional qualifications.
