The aim of the project is to increase skills and competences in ICT skills and foreign languages in at least 1 640 working adults from the Silesian Voivodeship, participating on their own initiative in trainings and courses belonging to disadvantaged groups, i.e. with the greatest competence gap and most needs in access to education, including: low-skilled persons and persons over 50 years of age, excluding persons under imprisonment, excluding persons subject to electronic supervision, during the period of: 01.01.2020-31.12.2022. The objective will be achieved by carrying out, within the framework of the project, ICT and language courses, which will result in a formal assessment and certification of skills/qualifications and document the acquired competences achieved by support participants. The project is implemented in the Silesian Voivodeship. The individual indicators are shown in Part E of this grant application.
