The project stems from the identified need to modernise 27 employees to study vocational schools in the resin area for the purposes of improving the conditions for vocational training in 28 sought in the resin area and in the Silesian occupations. The scope of the project for the modernisation of 10 vocational training facilities, mainly equipping them with specialised vocational training equipment, in order to create optimal conditions for students to acquire the jobs sought. The potential of the supported educational infrastructure is 3113 people. This is in line with the objectives of RPOWSL2014-2020 on the need to extend educational offer and vocational training infrastructure. The aim of the project is to improve the competences of pupils in the jobs sought after in the labour market in the area and in the region. Achieving the objective will contribute, among other things, to lower unemployment, improve the employability of the inhabitants of the diet area, provide employers with competent staff, develop the enterprises in the region
