Installation of renewable energy installations used by residents of the municipality of Chmielnik

The subject of the project is the installation of renewable energy installations on residential buildings in Chmielnik commune in Świętokrzyskie voivodship. The material scope includes the implementation of 344 solar collectors installations and 75 photovoltaic installations. The following indicators will be achieved through the implementation of the project: — energy production from newly built RES installations: heat energy: 921,73MWht/year, electricity: 222,62MWhe/year, – additional RES generation capacity: 1,71 MW, of which: heat energy: 1,49 MW, electricity: 0.22 MW, – estimated reductions in greenhouse gas emissions: 619,93 t Ekw. It’s CO2/year. The project will be implemented in the period from IV to VIII 2019. The total investment outlays in the project amount to PLN 5 415 564.30, of which PLN 4,999 910 are eligible costs and PLN 415 654.30 – ineligible costs. The project will be financed by ERDF grants amounting to PLN 2 999 946 (60 % of the quarter costs) and the beneficiary’s own resources and private funds amounting to PLN 2 415 618.30 (40 % of the quarter costs and the total cost of a certain amount). The objectives of the project include: increase energy generation from renewable sources, reduce greenhouse gas and pollution emissions, tackle energy poverty and reduce the cost of energy consumption in households. This formulation of the objectives is in line with the specific objective of action 3.1 WWW for the years 2014-2020, defined in the SzOOP as “Increased share of energy produced from RES in overall energy production in Świętokrzyskie voivodship”. The project will contribute to this objective by implementing RES installations for heat or electricity production. The technical solutions planned in the project will meet the quality standards in Poland and the EU. The equipment used will be characterised by a low carbon footprint and a high potential for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
